At the Tazawako Library, two sets of finger puppets called “Mitten Brothers” and “Scarf-san of The Book Cover” have been installed.
Exhibition Period: January 21 – March 31, 2025
In 2023, the library displayed a “Storytelling Table Runner” inside the bookshelves and hosted a talk event titled “Let’s Meet by the Lake.” Building on this connection, fairy tale researcher Mayako Murai will present an exhibition called “Animal Tricksters in Picture Books,” starting on February 1, 2025.
